Hi Friend!
We are so Glad that You're Here.
We are Carlos and
Rosemarie Evans
Our passion is to lift up veterans, their families, and anyone facing a new normal in their own lives, small or large.
How I lost Everything I thought I needed
then gained everything I ever wanted...."

Early Life
Carlos Evans is an evangelist and Rosemarie Evans is a Nurse whose friendship began in elementary school and whose love blossomed during their adolescent years. Together they built a beautiful family in Puerto Rico with their two daughters, Nairoby and Genesis.

Injured in Combat
In 2004 Carlos joined the U.S. Marine Corps and stepped on an IED during his fourth deployment, resulting in the loss of both legs and his left hand. For the next two years, he and his wife (and nurse), Rosemarie, underwent rehabilitation together. Through his healing journey, Carlos faced PTSD, depressive thoughts, and an addiction to painkillers. Nonetheless, God had a divine purpose for Carlos’s life.

Touching Lives Leaving Prints Foundation
During a moment of hopelessness where he questioned his purpose in life, God spoke to Carlos’s heart with words he will never forget. “You don’t need hands to touch a life or feet to leave a footprint.” It was through his faith in Jesus and the love of his family that Carlos was able to overcome many of the challenges he faced and accept the purpose God had for his life. This journey inspired Carlos and Rosemarie to share the message of hope that transformed their lives forever. Together they founded Touching Lives Leaving Prints (TLLP), a non-profit ministry whose purpose is to make Jesus accessible to everyone through the life and testimony of Carlos and Rosemarie Evans.

Evangelism
Carlos and Rosemarie are dedicated to speaking at gatherings all over the nation, both in English & Spanish, sharing the testimony of what the Lord has done in their lives. Not only will veterans and their loved ones find help here, Carlos and Rosemarie’s captivating journey also speaks to those who long for stronger marriages, care for loved ones with disabilities, or are facing a new normal in their own lives, small or large. It is a powerful resource for leaning on God in the midst of life’s great difficulties–and for finding ways that, through faith, profound loss can bring incredible blessing.

Touching Lives Leaving Prints was founded and is led by Carlos and Rosemarie Evans.
Carlos, despite losing both his legs and left hand in combat, has made it his mission, along with his wife Rosemarie, to touch more lives and leave more prints through the message of Jesus Christ.
Our mission is to make Jesus accessible to everyone.
We do this through live events, digital ministry, and providing those in need of prosthetics with resources to receive the care they need.
